I just found this on DVD. It has been re-released as part of the "Totally Awesome 80s" collection. "The Heavenly Kid" comes bundled with "Teen Witch" and I purchased it for around $10.00 at Wal-Mart.

It's a wonderful movie! One of my favorites. I'm watching it right now.
