Bizarre bit in the pool

This movie obviously isn't that popular, but my friends & I watched it a few years ago and we still giggle about one scene.

I can't remember the exact details, but there was a guy serving drinks who did a funny little swingy thing on the pool ladder.

Really bizarre.
