Mikey and Andy

Subtle hints Mikey crushed on Andy before their cave kiss.

I didn't realise it before until I noticed, aside from Mikey saying to Andy they should hold hands, right before they find the wish fountain.
- There's also a scene earlier, outside the restaurant (The Fratelli's hide out). The guys are hiding, watching them drive away. Just after the girls jump out and scare the guys, Mikey just stands there staring at Andy, lol and making it very obvious!
