WTF actually WAS its box-office take?!!

Released in 1984, IMDB quotes this film's box-office take as 35 million dollars YET it doesn't appear in box-office mojo's list of the top 168 box-office earners for that year (which goes as low as a 100,000 dollar take) or the top 180 earners of the next year 1985 (which goes as low as a 2,500 dollar take). What ACTUAL box-office figures exist for "Ghoulies"?!!! 35 mill is ludicrous and a joke... about time this mistake was corrected!

35 million is probably correct or close to it. The ad campaign for this movie was insanely good, yet the quality of the film was beyond terrible.

If you can read this then you are trying too hard.
