Definitely, because it actually focused on the little Ghoulies themselves!

most likely IDK wut angle they were trying to go for with this

I actually can't decide which one I like better. Both have great atmosphere (the mansion in this one and the amusement park in the second one) but Part 2 definitely has more Ghoulie action.
