does this count as a regular movie?

it was a while since i saw it, but if i recall right, this wasn't at all as a regular movie, think it was shorter, and felt more like a documentry or "made for tv" stuff or something.. just didn't seem like a regular feature leghnt movie to me.. and i hope i'm gonna learn how to spell leghnt someday, couse i don't think that was correct.
