Near the end she's wearing a white dress, turns sideways and you see her perky silloutte through the dress. Then she walks forward and her breasts appear larger with obvious pokies, my guess is she was wearing fake nips and padded bra.

I don't think it's the same actress. There is an "(uncredited) (unconfirmed)" listed in the cast of the film. Lene Hefner, from what I dug up, seems to be a porn actress from the 80s. The pictures I could find of her on Google look a lot more like the female vampire than Amanda Bearse does.

They talk about this in the documentary, she had like a fake boob bra thing to enhance the err 'goods'. She got to keep I think after filming too.
