Too many stabs to the stomach deaths

That seemed to be the go to kill in this movie, Violet gets stabbed in the stomach, the weird drifter guy gets stabbed in the stomach while peeping at the two kids having sex, Robin dies from getting stabbed underneath the bunk bed but essentially its another stabbing through the stomach. And Pam dies from a stab to the stomach, although its a dream sequence but still.

They just got so damn lazy with the kills in this movie, and i know Violet's kill had to be changed to something more suitable for audiences but they could have came up with something better than "Oh lets just stab her in the stomach as well to kill her".
