Er, he killed people..............

The police would want to know about the killing of the guards, Mason by proxy (gluing a gun to someones hands to initiate a 'suicide by cop'), electrocuting Orbach etc. And they know he was there, as the policeman 'Wallinger'.

He seems to get away with it - he's even working with the police in the sequel!

Any thoughts?

He disappeared at the end of the movie with $7.5 million. For all they know, someone stole his body from the morgue. (This doesn't take into account the sequel)
