Noa's character might have been an x-wing pilot. His outfit looks like an old beat up pilot clothes. He could have crash landed on Endor and left for dead to survive alone. Id love to see other "what if" movies in the Star Wars universe.

Accordind to wookipedia Noa and his friend Salek Weet were mid-level scouts and crashed on Endor about 27 years before "A New Hope", this would have been around the time the Clone Wars started

Actually, it would have been about 5 years before the Clone Wars started. The Clone Wars started 22 years before A New Hope.
