A Masterpiece.

This is unequivocably one of the best films I have ever seen that stays with you long after the last credits. The message is clear and the story is ingeniously told by one of the greatest directors of the last 50 years in John Boorman. I watched this as a kid and it amazed me and left an impression on me still today after 25 years. It so reminds me of a film I saw when I was young that I can't remember the title or who was in it. If anyone can tell me please by all means tell me. I believe it was about the Rainforest on the Orinoco river. It was about a mystical dolphin with a huge tusk that helped a boy being attacked in the Amazon swamp. Unfortunately that is all I have to go on but that part of the film stayed with me as this one did. If anyone can figure out what movie it was message me back.
