Saw this when I was in elementary school!

Wow! I've been looking for info on this movie, even a title or something, for ages and I finally found it! I can't believe after all these years. I saw this when I was a wee lad and it made an impression on me. I seem to recall a scene in a yacht where it blows up or something like that. Where can I get this??
