This film is brilliant.

Saw this on uk tv many, many years ago and never forgot it. It's a beautifully shot film about an orphaned Iranian kid with an unconquerable will to live and learn and go beyond the limits imposed on him by his circumstance. Human spirit, you know? If you liked 400 Blows or Salaam Bombay it should appeal. The final sequence just burns into you for life. Doesn't seem to be available on DVD, sadly, but if you get the chance to see it, don't pass it up.
