So, the amazing people of RLM recently suffered through this, saving me from ever having to endure this. I have to say, though, that I am thoroughly looking forward to the upcoming remake. Will they stay true to the source material?! Will it keep the running time of a lofty 60 minutes?!

Although this wasn't the greatest movie, there was just something about it where I couldn't help but hate it. Ethel Janowski is just such an interesting character so she may be the reason I like it. Hope Bartholomew was also a sweet old lady and fun to watch. I believe the enjoyable characters are what saved this film.
