Few of them belonged to her husband, then I assume cousins.

I was wondering the exact same thing. I thought at first it was Celie's new kids with Mister. But then the movie made it clear it was not the case.

Does not make much sense she spent 40 years with Albert and never had kids with him, especially since we know both of them are fertile.

When Celie first gets to Albert's home, we see that he has 3 kids. So the other children were from the neighborhood.

I always figured that since Celie was so passive, other women in the area knew that they could send their kids over to Miss Celie's when they needed free childcare, or when their kids were getting underfoot.
