... is Jane Wiedlin, better known for many years as guitarist for the the rock the The Go-Go's. This was her first acting role, though she has continued acting since. It took me seeing this movie numerous times to finally figure out where I had seen that Singing Telegram Girl before. I would imagine that some people seeing the movie at the time might have recognized her, even though she was in it so briefly: the Go-Go's had been hugely popular during the 1980's and had just broken up the same year Clue came out (although Wiedlin had quit the band a few months before the breakup).

She was also Joan of Arc in 'Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure', wasn't she?

I always thought it was sad when she's killed off so quickly, but after researching a bit more and seeing her better, I came to the conclusion that she's not all that interesting, so never mind.
