DVD Problem?

I was wondering how this film ends? It says on the back of the DVD it's 68 minutes long, but my copy ends with a swirl of colors at about 40 minutes and then you see the credits. Is this right?

The film is 41 min long and yes it ends in a helicopter with a swirl of colors...

Is the doc on it? Maybe that's the time difference.
