Wes Craven the writer?

On the site it doesn't say his name, but on my DVD case by Legacy Entertainment, it says Wes Craven both wrote and directed this film. Mistaken case cover?

The DVD would be right, and imdb would be wrong. Since IMDB is a fan based site, it only runs with what people submit, so it's imdb's error. I hope that helped. I picked up this movie about 20 mins ago at Walmart for 4.88. I haven't seen it before, I hope it's good! I love Wes Craven's work and I also collect it. :C) what did you think of the film?

I didn't like it very much actually. The picturing was even good either. I guess because it was a TV movie.

You've watched it by now obviously.

Kimmie,

You paid too much for this at Wal-Mart. As has been posted in the reviews and comments here, it's $1 at Wal-Mart. (with the 1960 version of The Tell-Tale Heart included). In Candada, it's $2.50. I paid $1 for my copy and it was a fantastic buy.

You are also wrong about the writing credits. The opening titles show the single writer (J.D.-whathisname) and no one else, just as IMDb lists here.

if you look that was like 3 years ago, apparently the price was different.

Probably didn't sell so they cheapened it.
