The Chain 1984

I seem to remember this movie fondly from the early eighties. Just bought it on DVD, and.....how wrong I was! Sorry: I'd rather watch paint drying! In my humble opinion, it was boring, depressing for the most part, pretentious in others and just not entertaining at all. What was I thinking, all those years ago?
The characters...I honestly couldn't give a damn about ANY of them. 90 minutes of ennui.
