Extra footage/out-takes

I have seen bits of rehersal and extra footage on diff Madonna progs in the past. Why don't they release a SE DVD with all this on? It's not like it would not sell to all the Madonna fans. SJL must have all this and there's more money to be made - come on man, get your act together!!!
