I need the help with the name of something...

I am pretty sure it is from the 80s and I think it was somewhat like an after-school special or something...I know my family used to own it on VHS

It had all of these animated characters from the 80s & early 90s and there was this brother and sister and the brother was taking drugs and the sister was really sad so they all of the characters throughout were showing how drugs were bad and I think in the end the brother got sober.

I know there were two care bears in it and NUMEROUS other animated characters from various shows that were popular at the time.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about???

Yeah, we had to watch that several times in school to keep us kids off of drugs.

It's called "All Stars to the Rescue". It starts out with Bugs Bunny and Alf leading the pack of all stars. Including, Garfield, Kermit, Miss Piggy, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and tons of others. The bad guy is some smokey cloud thing.

It shows all the evil of drugs and what it does to your mind and body. In the end the boy's little sister is trying to do drugs because she wants to be his best friend again, but he stops her and they go together to tell his parents so they'll help him keep clean.

Cute little special. I've always liked it.

There were no care bears in it but it was still a good show.
