No, I'm not tired of it. No, they are not crap. And yes, I'm prepping McG as director of a live-action Bubblegum Crisis since he's going to do Terminator 4. Besides, come 2010, they'll be perfect.

Wait...You're choosing McG becuase he's the new Terminator director? What? Did you see the film with you're time machine or something? I doubt it. Tell me, BESIDES being the new director of the Terminator series what else has the amn done that brings the words "Bubblegum Crisis" to mind? And give me examples, not some titles of his filmograhy. And yes they need to be paragraphs.

And come 2010, what EXACTLY will be perfect?

And if you're really an anime fan and believe in casts like these...THEN STAY AWAY FROM SPIRITED AWAY, VOLTRON, AND HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE!!!!! DBZ too...

Gotta side with the majority on this one, Ryan's cast is TERRIBLE. He posted similar casts in Dominion: Tank Police & Slayers.

Emma Watson as Sylia Stingray?! What the Hell?! Not only is she a very poor actress, she doesn't even come remotely close to what Sylia is supposed to look like.

If anyone would like to have a serious discussion on casting a BGC film, I'd love to join in. Feel free to specify if you're basing your cast choices on the original 80s BGC or the 2040 BGC.

Heh Dennis Hopper as Quincy is a very interesting choice. Too bad it will never happen. But I can't decide if he would be better as Quincy or the Genom Corporate Research Center Executive who is killed by Sylvie.

But wow they are actually going to make a live action movie out of Bubblegum Crisis, one of my favorite TV Series of all time, and 2 of the original producers are actually on board. Don't see how they could even come close to doing it right, which is a shame because it would be awesome if they got the right director. Ridley Scott would be my first choice but it will never happen. Bubblegum Crisis is cyberpunk with a very specific type of moody atmosphere, and a complex storyline mixed with characters who are surprisingly vibrant for such a dark bitter future. It's a very interesting cocktail
