Why is the bookie Brewster hires angry that Brewster makes millions off his unlikely bets?


Given he's essentially a neutral party, you would assume he would be mildly pleased at most. At worst we could see it being Brewster's name getting dragged through the mud for potential fixing of events, but even still, that doesn't have anything to do with the man he hired.

He was probably counting on doing future business with Brewster and that revenue stream just got cut off by Brewster being blackballed.
