I've seen a lot of strange low-budget 70s & 80s cheapo horror movies, but this one has got to be the strangest one I've ever seen.

It’s a strange snapshot of early 80’s rural America with a bad and ill fitting soundtrack. But yes, I’ve definitely never seen a slasher quite like this one.
