Even in the credits, the movie is (c) 1982.
By the way, this movie is shockingly bad. The only possible redeeming factor is the climactic ending that's so incredibly cheesy, you'll LOL; or at least snigger.
I just finished watching it and I agree with everything you said and I did LOL... lol
