Is this the movie where a man and woman have sex on a restaurant table while another man watches?

Yeah, thats the movie. The waiter at the restaurant talks about his friend Harry Joy, while in the background Harry's wife is getting banged on the table. Harry is in the hospital while his wife is cheating on him. Later fish fall out of her dress, when she lies to him about the affair at his hospital bed.

Yeah, it's definitely this movie. It's not hardcore, more humorous than anything else.

It's the film. Symbolic I think that everyone essentially knows Bettina is cheating on Harry, except the man himself.🐭

Yeah, Harry's business partner makes a comment to do something with cheater's smelling like sardines or something and then when she is at the hospital visiting Harry, sardines fall out of her dress.
