Is it just me, or is he perhaps one of the most evil and perhaps even intimidating Disney villains ever created?

For me, he was by far the best thing about this movie.

The Horned King, along with the Headless Horseman (Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad) and Chernabog (Fantasia) are probably the scariest Disney villains.

He's the only Disney villain that scared me. Definitely evil. Disney should have more villains like the Horned King.

He is a great cartoon creation, but the fact he is an obvious copy of Darth Vader lessens his impact

scariest mofo i have ever seen, no joke. But seriously he scared me a *beep* ton as a child. I used to watch this movie several times just so i could man up and not be scared of him. Disney need to make more scary-ass villains like him. Plus the spooky music helped to create the daunting mood. I think the movie as a whole is average, but he is scary af, and i love it.
