The Nine Minutes Edited Out

Aparently, a recent DVD release of this film includes as extras some of the footage originally meant for a large-screen release. Because this production was fortunate enough to join forces with one of the most highly developed film industries in Latin America at that time, the end result was of high enough quality that some consideration could be given its potential restoration and redubbing for a Blu-ray edition. Even with the lost nine minutes edited back into it, the movie is still only about an hour and twenty minutes long. However, a lively and informative commentary track would presumably draw some interest out interest.
