Does anyone have a copy of this film? My husband did the costumes and we can t find it anywhere

I used to have a copy of it on VHS but I don't have it anymore. There is a DVD version on amazon.com but it's really expensive, and appears to be region 2/pal format, at least the amazon.fr one is.
