Since when did the U.S. Army Air Corp fly DeHaviland Tiger Moths?

Right before they started using WWII PT-17 Stearmans for mail delivery.

C'mon people, Pitcairn Mailwings, DH-4s and JN4s(Jennies) are kinda hard to come by nowadays.
