all i can find online is the 82 minute one, where can i find the uncut one?

IMDB might simply be wrong about the 104 minute run time. Either that or the alternate release as "Hell Island" was longer, but I doubt it - the 82 minute version I saw had so much padding it suggests that they were struggling just to get the film up to minimum feature length, never mind 104 minutes.
