I've been looking for the 1976 made-for-TV movie "Drive-In" for years and a friend found a copy of this one, thinking it was it.

Nope....but considering the inexpensive price, not that bad.
I'm thinking film makers saw the one I want and decided "hey, let's make a knockoff!"

the 1976 drive-in is now available on youtube. i just finished it and stumbled across this one.
