I know she was a pretty novice with a childlike personality still I think she was cabalie to stand trial and be convected. Agnes likely would have committed suicide in jail.

Being 'capable to stand trial' and 'likely to commit suicide in jail' are mutually exclusive assertions.

Capable to stand trial? I don't think so. Agnes seemed to be mentally impaired.
