Torture scene?

I saw this film a long time ago, and I seem to remember a torture scene where they put Agnes' hands in rack-like devices and systematically broke the bones. Did this happen in this movie or do I have it mixed up with something else?

There are a couple of scenes in which Agnes' hands start bleeding spontaneously in a kind of supernatural stigmata of sorts, but no, there is no torture scene.

I wonder if you're thinking of Magdalene Sisters. The head nun in the laundry loved to torture the girls.

Or possibly The Devils - the Ken Russell film released in 1971 that had torture scenes and was considered quite outrageous in its day.
