Catherine O'Hara went on to star in Beetlejuice and was the mom in Home Alone. She's also appeared in many other well-known comedies and prestige movies, not to mention the Christopher Guest mockumentaries all of which contributed to worldwide fame and critical praise.

Not sure about the rest. I know Griffin 'unibrow' Dunne directed Practical Magic with Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock...and Teri Garr played Phoebe's mom on Friends.
