IT IS A SIN

That this movie has no damn blu ray release yet.

It truly is. However, we can be very happy that Warner just announced a Brett Ratner movie and two of Burt Reynolds auto-pilot movies and a '90's teen comedy that wasn't good back in the '90's and a Mark Wahlberg action film people forgot about years ago. And STILL no sign of Glenn Gordon Caron's Clean And Sober. Wow. They're still better than Universal though.

Thought Warner would have released it last year for its 30th anniversary. I'd love to see Ballhaus' cinematography in HD. For now, though, the dvd is pretty good.

That look Ballhaus had going in the 80's is fantastic. From After Hours, Color of Money and Goodfellas(1990 release but I consider it late 80's), it was gritty but ages well IMO. I still think Goodfellas never feels dated and it's all due to Scorsese and Ballhaus. The HD version looks spectacular. I know this would too.
