This is a dark comedy so there weren't a lot of laugh out loud moments.
For me the only one was when he watched the domestic fight where the wife shoots the husband and says, "They're going to blame me for that."
I think the second one could be the vigilante mob is looking for him led by a Tasty Freeze truck.

After Hours always makes me laugh out loud, it's one of the funniest movies ever IMO.
I love when he's in Julia's apt and he sees the mousetraps surrounding the bed and says something like "jesus!".....then later he flinches when one of the traps snaps on a mouse. Perfect metaphor for his situation.
I also love when he goes off on Marcy about the bagel and cream cheese paperweights.
The whole movie is hilarious.
I always crack up when he's in the bartenders apartment and flushes the toilet and it overflows all over the floor.
