The snake

The snake in the "Diary of Adam and Eve" sequence at first appears to have a cigarette in his mouth, but then in a closeup it sure looks like a match. I don't know why the snake should have a match in his mouth, but perhaps someone complained about the cigarette (if it was a cigarette) during the production phase. Personally, I'd have kept it a cigarette, as that adds to the snake's creepiness. Any ideas why they have a match in the snake's mouth?

I get somewhat of a Promethean vibe off it. The knowledge of good and evil brought with it fire. Something you would not have needed in Eden. But was to become vital once banished. Which incidentally was the first thing Eve "invented" on the outside.

The name of the game is not to give the game a name.
