Episode Help

There's an episode I remember watching ages ago where the killer used like a giant ninja star. I think he was the owner of a pub and I'm pretty sure he wore a kilt.

I promise you this is not a wind up however much it seems like it, (a kilt wearing Scottish ninja does sound suspect I completely agree)

Does anyone else remember this one?
