I'm watching the episode where Cyborg refused to join and yea, I recall how these episodes wanted to establish a different grouping instead of the Batman-Superman-Aquaman set and had Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Firestorm front and center on several adventures, as well as having El Dorado, Samurai and Apache Chief more significant as well.
As well as Darkseid's infatuation with Wonder Woman.

I absolutely enjoy the Royal Flush episode in which 'Ace' is revealed to be the Joker.
It's taken directly from a comic book story in which Ace was revealed to be an android.
In both stories, the Seven of Spades helped the heroes.
Yeah, it was a good episode.
