It used to come in English on Star plus a long long time ago.
But then they dubbed it.
I HATE it when they do that. Shows in English are meant to be in english. Shows in Hindi are meant to be in hindi. DONT MIX THEM UP.
It's funny you should say that I remember watching it on Star Plus way back in English and then in Hindi too (It used to come on at 4 in the afternoons I think..part of "THE LOST PLANET" set, if I remember correctly LOL)
However, if you think Small Wonder in Hindi is bad..around the same time, Star Plus did Simpsons in Hindi too..ohhh man.. I wonder if anyone remembers that? That was just bizarre and surreal..but pretty funny on a different level
