We want Seasons 3 + 4 on DVD!

Shout Factory decided they weren't going to release the final 2 seasons! Let's show them we want them and sign the petition http://www.change.org/petitions/shout-factory-release-the-complete-third-and-fourth-seasons-of-small-wonder

In the meantime if you haven't already purchase seasons 1 & 2. Season 2 is available at shout factory.com

Copy and paste this into your signature if you cried during the series finale of Alias.

I really wish Shout would release the last 2 seasons of "Small Wonder." It may be that they no longer have the rights to the series though. (I know that Shout still includes SW trailers on some of their new DVD sets for other sitcoms so maybe that will help generate more interest.) Perhaps the producers will find another company to distribute it though. "Small Wonder" has a huge following of fans that would love to see it completed on DVD. In the meantime, like you stated, fans should pick up seasons 1 and 2 (if they haven't already gotten it) and let the studio know that there is still much interest in it.

IT'S NOT that shout doesn't have the rights

It's low sales in a terrible economy

Shout factory's own Brian Ward stated so on Shout's website.

He said that if a DvD doesn't hit 2000 or more sales, the sale count is too low for them to seek rights to other seasons of the show

And The terrible economy is another reason why Their Nickelodeon DVDs have 2-parter season sets if the full season takes 4 discs to do... They said Stores are bad about ordering full 4 disc sets in this economy and many retailers have expressed that they want 2 disc sets

It's likely if Seasons 1 and 2 sales Pick increase enough, they'll continue onto season 3... but at this moment, it seems Highly unlikely

You misunderstood me, I did not state that the studio was refusing to give Shout the distribution rights for the last 2 seasons, I stated that for whatever reasons Shout has not obtained it yet. The propriety rights of "Small Wonder" are owned by 20th Century Fox and many fans are hopeful that they will not abandon "Small Wonder" and will find another distributor for S3 and S4. There are many other companies that distribute TV shows such as this and SW has a huge fan base that is still eager to get it. In the meantime, it would help if people continue to purchase S1 & S2 and let the studio know of your interest in completing the series.

I just bought season 1 (online) and a few of my nieces enjoyed watching it (and my oldest nephew said it was so cheesy, he couldn't HELP watching it!). I plan to buy Season 2 if I can....and I definitely want season 3 and 4! If the rights to the show on dvd has to switch distributors, I hope its one that respects the show enough to try to get more special features and maybe even subtitles/closed captions! I am not hard of hearing, but sometimes its hard to understand what they are saying on the show.

I wonder, does it matter if seasons 1 and 2 are purchased directly from Shout's website, or through another site like Amazon? I'm asking because on Amazon they sell stuff that's pre-owned, and if people buy the pre-owned copies of Small Wonder, then it might not show up on Shout's statistics and the total number of season sets sold will appear less than it should be.

-I wonder if you can refuse to inherit the world.
-I think if you're born, it's too late.

They should but most likely they won't
Is the show available as a digital stream?
