Good but a bit too long drawn out

A very good series with great performances especially Brian Blessed who was excellent as Long John Silver.My only gripe was that it was a bit too long drawn out.It was a bit too repetitive being captured and escaping over and over.Stevenson's original story was more concise but then I suppose this was a tribute of sorts.
