Marionettes, Inc

I happen to be watching Alfred Hitchcock Presents the other night and saw an episode called Design for Loving. The 2 episodes are exactly alike, so how did Ray Bradbury get credited with writing Marionettes, Inc? I don't know how that stuff works, but doesn't seem like you could take another story and change the names and now it's considered "new!"

Having done a bit of research here on IMDB I discovered that Ray Bradbury didn't "take another story and change the names", he wrote them both...

Yup, Marionettes Inc. (Ray Bradbury Theater) and Design for Loving (Alfred Hitchcock Presents) look like the same thing because they are!

Just look them both up and you will see Bradbury is credited for writing both - also, Bradbury may have changed some names, he kept the main character's family name.

Good catch tho - I never noticed!

Thanks for researching that for me, very interesting!
