Another post asking for help finding an episode

I don't even remember if it was from this show, but I'm thinking it was. All I remember is a woman who is trying to save her baby from another woman, who I think might also be a monster. If I remember right the monster/woman was large and kind ugly. During the last scene, I think the first woman is carrying her baby and is inside a big office building. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

And I'm not sorry. It's human nature.
