After Wesley grew up.......

I like Wesley from the earlier seasons better because he stays true to his character.
However, once we get to season 5 we have less bantering between Wesley and Mr. B but instead Wesley seems to be more interested in girls....I guess it's normal at that age for him to do so but it just feels off.

For some reason it feels awkward that Wesley is popular with the ladies....He is only in jr high but then it seems like he is better off with the girls than his older brother Kevin. I wonder if the girls like WES man because he is smart? and maybe even cute to a degree? On top of that the kind of girls that go for Wesley just doesn't match.....Wesley is a bit of a quirk and a little eccentric so those girls that just care about being pretty or popular just seems a bit awkward.....

I hope I am not the only one that thinks this way regarding Wesley after he grew up in later seasons....Does anybody think that it gets awkward with Wesley when he grows up?

Wesley even gets to kiss once or twice in the show....I think they were hinting at girls liking him from early seasons though....The girl from the spelling bee and another girl before that and Wes was still in elementary school so I guess I should have known. However, back then Wes would get weirded out if a girl tried to come too close to him I remember....
