Or he would re-purpose it for something else. Knowing MacGyver, all he would probably need is a ball-point pen, a piece of tissue paper, and a paperclip to make one.

If he were mirror universe Mac(with a goatee and crewcut), he would use a 55 gallon drum, a water tower, and a garden hose to make the biggest damn water bong ever! The drum of weed at the top of the water tower would be lit by the sun's rays going through a convex sheet of glass.
