Have ever been released any soundtrack with other music than opening credits theme?
There was a vinyl A/B single released in 1985 to promote the series, but Alan Parker arranged all the music it was performed by The South Bank Orchestra seeing as how Alan Parker is well renowned guitarist I think it's more likely that was an original piece just for the series.
Most of the music on the series sounds like it was made for the series, I recognized The Pink Panther Theme" in the episode entitled "The Burning" and "Moon River" in another episode but the songs sounded like they were still performed by Alan Parker and The South Bank Orchestra.
The single itself, consisted of the theme song and the love song from the series.
They used the same music when Lyman returned in the episode "Bird of Prey" and they play it only for the Lyman character so I guess it's his theme song.
