Who can tell me...?

This track was heard in the episode "In Arctic Circles" in the part where Colonel Willoughby (the grouchy walrus character that shouts "you ghastly little bounder!") first shows up. It's a sort of suspenseful-sounding instrumental track with strings and horns that sort of builds in tension. I can't find any information on the show's music and I know that Cosgrove Hall used some APM tracks when making the show, but to find the track on their website I need the title of the song. So can anyone give it?
