which cartoon is this?

It wasn't Bugs Bunny, but it may've been a WB cartoon that I saw early-mid 80's on regular tv(not cable), although it's probably from the 50's or so. All I remember is that it seems to take place on a cartoon studio lot, and either Laurel/Hardy, Abbott/Costello, or someone like Bing Crosby as cartoon figures come out of what looks like a standing coffin or a small shed and wave to the crowd, and then they go back in their coffin/shed. I remember it kinda freaked me out as a young kid that they were there one moment, and then gone the next to never appear again. Could be WB or Merrie Melodies that was probably shown with a Bugs Bunny cartoon. If anyone has any memories of what this is, please let me know. I've never seen it again.
